Pay: Commensurate/Negotiable as per Industry & TRTC Guwahati norms
Educational Qualification: B.Tech. / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized university
Desirable Qualification: PG Degree/MBA/Diploma in Procurement or Professional Certification
Experience: 3–5 years in Procurement Planning, Tendering, Bid Evaluation, etc., preferably in Govt./PSU/MSME/Corporate sectors
Age Limit: 60 years as on date of advertisement

2. Procurement Assistant

Educational Qualification: B.Tech. in Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Business Administration
Desirable Qualification: PG Diploma/MBA in Procurement or equivalent
Experience: 2–3 years in Procurement Support, Tendering through GeM, Bid Processing, preferably in Govt./PSU/MSME/Corporate
Age Limit: 35 years

3. Administrative Assistant

Educational Qualification: B.Tech. / Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
Desirable Qualification: PG in Business/Public Administration or related field. Skills in letter drafting, presentations, Govt. procedures, office management, e-Governance tools, MS Office. Excellent English & local language communication.
Experience: 3–5 years in Govt./PSU/MSME/Corporate sectors in coordination, documentation & record management

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Desirable Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Management. Knowledge of recruitment, labour law, placement drives, career counselling, industry linkages. Proficient in MS Office, documentation, reporting, with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Experience: 2–3 years in Placement Coordination, HR, Skill Development, Student Mobilization, Industry Linkages
