Eligibility Criteria of SIDBI Recruitment 2025

Age Limit:

Officer in Grade ‘A’
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Eligible Date of Birth: Candidates born between 14.07.1995 and 15.07.2004 (both dates inclusive).
Officer in Grade ‘B’
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years
- Eligible Date of Birth: Candidates born between 14.07.1992 and 15.07.2000 (both dates inclusive).

Age Relaxation:

OBC/ MOBC 3 years
PwBD 10 years
PwBD + OBC 13 years

Educational Qualification:

Officer in Grade ‘A’:
Candidates must have any one of the following qualifications:
- Graduation in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD);
- OR
- Company Secretary (CS) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ ICWA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA);
- OR
- Chartered Accountant (CA);
- OR
- MBA/PGDM (Full-time, 2 years) in any discipline from a UGC-recognized university or an institute approved by Government regulatory bodies.
Officer in Grade ‘B’:
General Stream:
- Graduation in any discipline / equivalent technical or professional qualification with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD);
- OR
- Post-Graduation in any discipline / equivalent technical or professional qualification with 55% marks (Pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD) in aggregate.
Legal Stream:
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD, if reserved) and enrollment with Bar Council of India.
Desirable:
- Master’s Degree in Law or Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
IT Stream:
Essential:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/ECE with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD);
- OR
- MCA with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Desirable Certifications (any):
- AI/ML/Data Science
- Full Stack Application Development
- CISSP / CISM / CEH
- ITIL Foundation (IT Service Management)
