Eligibility Criteria – Tezpur University Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025

  • Age Limit (Post-wise)
    • Internal Audit Officer – 56 years
    • Assistant Registrar 40 years
    • Assistant (Administration) – 35 years
    • Laboratory Assistant – 32 years
    • Junior Accountant – 32 years
    • Upper Division Clerk – 32 years
    • Lower Division Clerk – 32 years
    • Multi Tasking Staff – 32 years
  • Age Relaxation: As per Government of India guidelines. Candidates are advised to check the official notification for category-wise relaxation.

Educational Qualification & Experience (Post-wise)

  • Internal Audit Officer (On Deputation)
    • Officers from Audit and Accounts Services in Central/State Govt.
    • Holding analogous posts OR
    • 3 years of regular service in Level-11 OR
    • 5 years of regular service in Level-10 in relevant audit/accounts roles.
  • Assistant Registrar
    • Master’s Degree with 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • Assistant (Administration)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
    • 3 years’ experience as UDC or equivalent in Level-4 pay scale.
    • Proficiency in typing, noting, drafting & computer applications.
  • Laboratory Assistant
    • B.Sc. in Physics.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience handling scientific lab instruments.
    • Experience in Govt./PSU/University or reputed private orgs with ₹200+ Crore turnover.
  • Junior Accountant
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
    • 2 years’ experience as LDC or equivalent.
    • Typing: English @ 35 WPM or Hindi @ 30 WPM.
    • Proficiency in computer operations.
  • Upper Division Clerk
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
    • 2 years’ experience as LDC or equivalent.
    • Typing: English @ 35 WPM or Hindi @ 30 WPM.
    • Proficiency in computer operations.
  • Lower Division Clerk
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
    • Typing speed: English @ 35 WPM / Hindi @ 30 WPM.
    • Proficiency in computer operations.
  • Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)
    • 10th pass OR ITI from a recognized board/institute.
