Age Limit:

• Candidate must be 21–30 years as of 1st January 2026
• Must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1996 and not later than 1st January 2005
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years

Educational Qualification:

Candidate must have one of the following –

• Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institution
• Passed Sections A & B of Institution of Engineers (India)
• Equivalent degree/diploma from foreign institutions recognized by Government of India
• Graduate Membership Examination of Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (India)
• Associate Membership Examination Parts II & III/Sections A & B of Aeronautical Society of India
• Graduate Membership Examination of Institution of Electronics and Radio Engineers, London (after Nov 1959)

Special Cases:

• Indian Naval Armament Service (Electronics Engg.): M.Sc. in Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics, or Radio Engineering
• Indian Radio Regulatory Service (Group A): M.Sc. in Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics, Physics with Radio Communication, Electronics or Telecommunication
