Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) has initiated the online registration process for SEBA Class-IX Registration 2025 students for the academic session 2025. This registration is mandatory for students to be eligible for the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination in the future.

Documents and Information Required for SEBA Class-IX Registration 2025
Before proceeding with the registration process, schools must collect the following essential information and documents from each student:
AADHAAR Number (Mandatory):
A valid 12-digit AADHAAR number of the student or parent is required.
Permanent Education Number (PEN):
Students must provide their PEN issued by the education authorities.
APAAR ID:
The student’s APAAR (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) ID, if available.
Copy of Birth Certificate:
A photocopy of the student’s official Birth Certificate is compulsory to verify the Date of Birth.
Login Process for SEBA Registration Portal
Visit the SEBA Registration Portal.
Click on “School Login” on the homepage.
User ID:
Enter your School Code.
Password: Enter your assigned Password.
Note: Only school authorities can access the portal for student registration. Students cannot log in individually.
Important Instructions for Filling Up the SEBA Class-IX Registration 2025
When filling up the SEBA Online Registration Form, please carefully follow these important points:
Enter the Student’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, and Date of Birth correctly. (These details must exactly match the official documents.)
The minimum age of the registered student must be 13 years as of 1st January 2025.
The Date of Birth must match the Birth Certificate. (Other documents are not acceptable for confirming Date of Birth.)

Last date of online registration: 15th May 2025
Payment date : till 25th May, 2025.
Last date of generating the final list (Form No. 50): 30th May, 2025.
Last date of submission of final list (Form No. 50), by feeder schools to the Centre-in-charge is 10th June 2025.
Last date of submission of final list (Form No. 50), by the Centre-in-charge at the Office of Inspector of Schools is 20th June 2025.
