Senior State Program Manager (MGNREGA)

No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification:
M.Tech or M.E in Computer Science/IT/Civil/Electronics & Communication OR MBA (HR/Finance) with strong computer knowledge.
Work Experience:
Minimum 10 years in a Managerial Cadre in a reputed private or public sector organization with excellent IT knowledge.
Language Proficiency:
Must be proficient in English, Hindi, and local language.
Age Limit:
Maximum 45 years as on 01-01-2025.
Remuneration:
₹75,000 – ₹82,500 + applicable allowances.

State Program Executive (Finance, Accounts, and Procurement)

No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification:
M.Com or MBA (Finance/Accounting) with at least 60% marks from a recognized institution.
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in similar roles in the industry, government sector, or rural development projects. Must be familiar with finance software like Finacle, Fintech, and Sparsh.
Language Proficiency:
Must be proficient in English, Hindi, and local language.
Age Limit:
Maximum 40 years as on 01-01-2025.
Remuneration:
₹55,000 + applicable allowances.

Quality Control Officer

Educational Qualification:
Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized university.
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience (with at least 1 year in Rural Development works or projects).
Language Proficiency:
Must be proficient in English, Hindi, and local language.
Age Limit:
Maximum 40 years as on 01-01-2025.
Remuneration:
₹40,000 + applicable allowances.
