1. Programme Manager

No of posts: 01
Remuneration: ₹68,750/- per month (with 5% annual increment based on performance)
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline including AYUSH and MBA in Healthcare Management/Human Resource (HR) or Masters in Health/Hospital Administration/PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (2 years) from AICTE recognized institute.
Exposure in social sector schemes or government missions at national/state/district level.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Public Health Programmes in Govt./PSU/reputed private sector.

2. Finance Manager

No of posts: 01
Remuneration: ₹50,000/- per month (with 5% annual increment)
Educational Qualification:
MBA (Finance)/M.Com/ICWA/CA from AICTE recognized institute/university.
Exposure to financial management operations, government accounting, fund flow management, utilization certificates, and scheme-wise reporting.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in financial management in Govt. or reputed organization.

3. Consultant (AYUSH Health & Wellness Centre)

No of posts: 01
Remuneration: ₹50,000/- per month (with 5% annual increment)
Educational Qualification:
Degree in AYUSH stream from recognized university/institution.
Experience working in the health sector including AYUSH preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Govt./reputed private organization.

4. Consultant Procurement

No of posts: 01
Remuneration: ₹50,000/- per month (with 5% annual increment)
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement/logistics/supply chain management OR PG Diploma in Procurement/Logistics Management or Health/Hospital Administration.
Certificate in computer operation (minimum 6 months).

5. Consultant HR

No of posts: 01
Remuneration: ₹50,000/- per month (with 5% annual increment)
Educational Qualification:
MBA (HR)/PGDBM (HR) – minimum two years from recognized university/institution.
Exposure in social sector schemes of Govt. at national/state/district level.
Proficiency in MS-Office suite; excellent communication and HR knowledge.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant field.

6. District Programme Manager

No of posts: 27
Remuneration: ₹40,000/- per month (with annual increment based on performance)
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline including AYUSH OR MBA in Healthcare Management/Masters in Health/Hospital Administration/PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (2 years).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Public Health Programme.
Preference for experience in Health sector including AYUSH and proficiency in MS Office.

7. Data Entry Operator

No of posts: 33
Remuneration: ₹20,000/- per month (with annual increment based on performance)
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in Computer Application/IT/Business Administration/B.Tech (CS or IT)/BCA/BBA/BSc-IT OR Graduation with 1-year diploma in Computer Science.
Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM (English).
Preference to candidates with experience in Health Sector including AYUSH.

8. Medical Officer (Ayurvedic) / Resident Medical Officer (Ayurvedic)

No of posts: 08
Remuneration: ₹50,000/- per month
Educational Qualification:
BAMS degree from a recognized institute.
Must be registered with Assam State Council of Indian Medicine.
Preference for candidates with PG degree in Ayurvedic System of Medicine.
