Duration of Engagement

The engagement of Young Professionals (YPs) shall be for one (1) year, extendable up to a maximum of three (3) years, subject to performance and organizational requirements.

Remuneration

Young Professionals will be paid a monthly consolidated stipend of ₹70,000/- (all inclusive). Applicable taxes will be deducted at source as per Government rules.

Climate Action & Sustainability
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science with minimum 60% marks
OR
Post Graduate Degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science / Climate Science with minimum 55% marks.
Economics
Post Graduate Degree in Economics / Applied Economics / Financial Economics / Statistics / Data Science / Finance / Public Policy with minimum 55% marks.
Data Science
B.E./B.Tech in IT / Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / AI & Data Science with minimum 60% marks.
Cyber Security
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Cyber Security / ECE with 60% marks
OR
Post Graduate Degree in the same discipline with 55% marks.
Academic Administration
Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Business Administration / Computer Science / IT with 60% marks
