Candidates serving as Junior Administrative Assistant with not less than 5 years of continuous service as on 01.01.2025 in any District Judiciary of Assam.
Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, ₹14,000 – ₹70,000 + Grade Pay ₹8,000/-

Terms and Conditions of Labour Court Guwahati Recruitment

Application through proper channel:
- Candidates must submit their applications through proper channel and produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the competent authority at the time of interview.
Experience certificate:
- Applicants must enclose their experience certificate issued by the competent authority along with a copy of the service book and ACRs (Annual Confidential Reports) for the last 5 years.
Application submission:
- Duly filled-in application in the prescribed format, along with self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents (age, educational qualification, experience, etc.) and three recent passport-size photographs, must be submitted either:
  - By Post addressed to The Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Guwahati, Assam, PIN–781036, or
  - In person at the Drop-Box of the Office of the Labour Court, Guwahati during office hours.

- The envelope must be superscribed with —
  - “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT”
Last Date:
- The last date for receipt of applications is 25 November 2025 (till office hours). Applications received after this date will not be entertained.

- The form should be filled in BLOCK LETTERS, and applicants must mention their contact number and email ID clearly. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
No TA/DA:
- No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on Seniority-cum-Merit, which will be determined on the basis of the last 5 years ACRs and personal interview.
