Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bongaigaon Refinery, has taken a significant step towards youth empowerment and skill development by engaging 135 apprentices under various trades and disciplines. This initiative is part of IOCL’s ongoing commitment to support the Government of India’s Skill India Mission, which aims to enhance the employability of the nation’s youth.

The apprentices have been selected through a transparent recruitment process and will undergo structured training in their respective fields. The engagement spans across technical, non-technical, and vocational streams, ensuring a wide spectrum of industry-relevant skills.

Age Requirement:

Candidates must be between 18 and 24 years of age as on 31-05-2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18–24 years as of May 31, 2025 (age relaxation applicable as per rules)

Educational Qualifications:

• Class 12 (10+2) pass
• ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in relevant trades
• Diploma in Engineering
• Graduation in relevant disciplines

Reservation:

Reservation of seats for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/EWS categories will be provided as per Presidential Directives and Government of India guidelines.
