Eligibility Criteria of IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate/Graduate in any subject with Mathematics as a subject till Class XII.
Preferably from Management/Commerce/Engineering background.
Work Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of work experience in operations for profit enterprise or in implementing non-farm livelihood interventions.
Core Competencies Required
Hands-on experience in the non-farm livelihood sector (with business/producer organization/SRLM livelihoods profile/SVEP project).
At least 2 years of work experience.
Numerical and business finance skills.
Strong team player with ability to work in cross-functional environments.
Data-driven, adaptable, and compassionate towards underprivileged communities.
Honest, fair, and non-discriminatory approach.
Training and development orientation.
Self-driven, motivated by social change and impact.
Willingness to travel extensively and stay in villages for 15–20 days a month.
