Eligibility Criteria of IBPS Clerk Recruitment

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 20 years to 28 years of age as on 1st August 2025.
Born not earlier than: 02.08.1997
Born not later than: 01.08.2005
(both dates inclusive)
Age Relaxation
Category-wise age relaxation is applicable as follows:
- SC/ST 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) 10 years

Educational Qualification

A Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or equivalent.
The candidate must possess a valid Marksheet/Degree Certificate indicating that they are a graduate on or before the registration date.
The percentage of marks obtained in graduation must be indicated while registering online.

Computer Literacy

Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory.
Candidates should have:
A Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Operations/Language
OR
Studied Computer/Information Technology as a subject in High School/College/Institute.

Proficiency in Local Language

Candidates must be proficient in the official language (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) of the State/UT for which they are applying.
