Name of post: Graduate Apprentice
No of posts: 3500 seats
No of posts in Assam: 42 seats
Period of Apprenticeship Training: 1 Year
Stipend: ₹15,000/- per month (including Govt. of India subsidy, if any)

Eligibility Criteria of Canara Bank Recruitment 2025

Age Limit:

Minimum: 20 years
Maximum: 28 years
Candidates must have been born not earlier than 01.09.1997 and not later than 01.09.2005 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years

Educational Qualification:

A Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Candidates must have passed their Graduation not earlier than 01.01.2022 and not later than 01.09.2025 (both dates inclusive).

Local Language Test:

Candidates with 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate showing studied opted local language – Exempted from test.
Other candidates – Must qualify local language test during Document Verification stage.
Candidates failing the test will not be engaged as apprentice.

Medical Fitness:

Engagement is subject to medical fitness as per the Bank’s requirements.
