Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹11.86 Lakhs per annum)
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field

Associate Executive (Engineering)

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01.05.2025
Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹16.64 Lakhs per annum)
Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E./ B.Sc (Engg) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the relevant field

Junior Executive (Accounts)

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 01.05.2025
Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹11.86 Lakhs per annum)
Qualification: Inter CA/ Inter CMA with Graduation
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field

Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01.05.2025
Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹16.64 Lakhs per annum)
Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry (specialization in Organic/ Physical/ Inorganic/ Analytical Chemistry)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field

Secretary, BPCL

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01.05.2025
Qualification: 10th, 12th, and Bachelor’s Degree (3-year course)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field
