Eligibility Criteria of Bank of Baroda Manager Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification

Mandatory:
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute (Govt. of India/AICTE approved)
Desirable:
- 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Management
- Regulatory certifications such as NISM / IRDA

Work Experience

AVP II – Group Head:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Wealth Management / Retail Banking / Investment sector. Must have managed a large team for at least 5 years.
AVP II – Territory Head:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Wealth Management, including 2 years as Team Lead.
Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Relationship Manager in banks, broking firms, or AMCs.
