1. Managing Director (MD)
No of posts: 01
Pay: Fixed CTC of Rs. 30 lakhs to Rs. 40 lakhs (depending on skills and experience)
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related disciplines from a reputed institution.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate operations, program delivery, or enterprise growth management.
At least 3 years in a leadership role heading a division/profit center/organization.
Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
2. Senior Manager – Program Delivery
No of posts: 01
Pay: Fixed CTC of Rs. 24 lakhs to Rs. 30 lakhs
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed institution is preferred.
Experience:
8–12 years of relevant experience in incubation, acceleration, startup program management, or corporate innovation.
Strong experience in ecosystem engagement, stakeholder management, and program impact delivery.
Familiarity with startup support models such as Startup India, Y Combinator, etc.
Age Limit: 35 to 45 years
3. Senior Manager – Student and MSME Incubation
No of posts: 01
Pay: Fixed CTC of Rs. 24 lakhs to Rs. 30 lakhs
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management, Education, Social Management, Entrepreneurship, or a relevant field.
Experience:
8–12 years of experience in academic entrepreneurship, CSR in education, innovation program delivery, or startup incubation.
Exposure to student innovation platforms, campus entrepreneurship programs, or large-scale startup events.
Age Limit: 35 to 45 years
4. Senior Manager – Investments
No of posts: 01
Pay: Fixed CTC of Rs. 24 lakhs to Rs. 30 lakhs
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
MBA (Finance) from top-tier B-School / CA / CFA.
Experience:
7–10 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, fund management, or corporate finance.
Strong track record in financial modeling, fund structuring, and investment management.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, and Power BI preferred.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
