Assam HS Result Rechecking 2025 – Apply Online for Punarikshan

Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division II recently declared the Assam HS Final Examination 2025 Result on 30th April 2025. Candidates who are not satisfied with their results now have the opportunity to apply for rechecking of their answer scripts through the official ASSEB Punarikshan Portal.

Citizenship

• What Rechecking Includes (Not Re-evaluation)
• Candidates must note that Re-checking is not the same as Re-evaluation. It is limited to the following actions:
  • Re-totaling of marks awarded by the examiner
  • Evaluation of any answer(s) left unevaluated
  • Correction of any wrong entry of marks, whether in figures or placement

Rechecking Result Notification

• The results of rechecking will be informed to the applicant through an official notification.
• This will be done within 30 days from the last date of receipt of the application.

Issue of Revised Marksheet/ Certificate

• If any change in marks occurs after rechecking:
• A revised marksheet/ certificate will be issued.
• Candidates must submit their original marksheet/certificate to the Board’s office.
• This must be done through the Head of the concerned institution, along with official intimation.
• No direct dispatch of marksheets/certificates will be made to candidates, schools, or any third party.

Scanned Answer Script Copy

• A scanned copy of the answer script will be sent by email.
• This will be sent to the email address provided by the candidate during the application process.

Result Publication

• The rechecking result will be declared online on the official ASSEB website: https://asseb.gov.in
• It will be published within 30 days from the last date of application submission.

• Visit ASSEB Punarikshan Portal (Check official link)
• Click on “Apply for Rechecking”
• Register with Roll Number, Number & Mobile
• Login using the generated username/password
• Fill in personal & subject details
• Pay application fee online
• Submit the form & save confirmation
