1. Essential Qualification for PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)

• Essential:
• Candidates must fulfill any one of the following:
• Two-year Integrated Post Graduate M.A./M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education (RCE), NCERT, in the concerned subject with minimum 50% aggregate marks
• OR
• Post-Graduation with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.Ed./M.Ed.
• OR
• Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject.

2. Essential Qualification for TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher)

• Essential:
• Candidates must fulfill any one of the following:
• Four-year Integrated Degree Course of Regional College of Education (RCE), NCERT, in the concerned subject with minimum 50% aggregate marks
• OR
• Post-Graduation with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.Ed./M.Ed.
• OR
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject/combination of subjects and in aggregate, as detailed below:

• B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution/university with minimum 50% marks

3. Essential & Other Qualification for PRT (Primary Teacher)

• (Including PRT – Physical Education)
• Essential:
• Graduate Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
• B.El.Ed. / Two-year D.El.Ed.
• OR
• Teachers already in service with Army Public Schools / APPS prior to 11 August 2023 with B.Ed. degree may also apply/continue, subject to enrolment and completion of the Bridge Course launched by NCTE
• Pass in CTET/TET (PRT Level) conducted by CBSE/State Government as per NCTE guidelines
• Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi medium
• Knowledge of Computer Applications

4. PRT – Physical Education

• Essential Qualification:
• Candidates must fulfill any one of the following:
• a) Bachelor’s Degree with Physical Education as an elective subject with minimum 50% marks
• OR
• b) Bachelor’s Degree with Physical Education as an elective subject with 45% marks and participation at National/State/Inter-University level in sports/games/athletics recognized by AIU / Indian Olympic Association
• OR
• c) Bachelor’s Degree with 45% marks and participation in National/State/Inter-University sports/games/athletics
• OR
• d) In-service deputed candidates (Trained Physical Education Teachers/Coaches):
• Graduation with 45% marks and minimum 03 years teaching experience, as per NCTE Regulations, 2009
• OR
• e) Graduation in Physical Education with 40% marks
• OR
• f) Graduation with Physical Education as an elective subject with 40% marks
• OR
• g) Graduate who participated in school/inter-collegiate sports or passed NCC ‘C’ Certificate as per NCTE Regulations, 2007

• k) Graduate with one-year training in Sports Science / Sports Management / Sports Coaching / Yoga / Olympic Education / Sports Journalism, etc., as per NCTE Regulations, 2002

• b) Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) of minimum one-year duration (or equivalent) from an NCTE-recognized institution

5. PRT – Dance Teacher

• Essential Qualifications
• Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in Dance or Performing Arts from a recognized University
• OR
• Diploma (minimum 02 years) in Classical/Contemporary Dance from reputed institutions such as:
• Kalakshetra / Sangeet Natak Akademi / Gandharva Mahavidyalaya / Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya / Prayag Sangeet Samiti or equivalent
• Skills Required
• Proficiency in Indian Classical, Folk and/or Western Dance forms
• Ability to choreograph school functions and train students for competitions
• Good communication skills in English
• Desirable
• Teaching experience in a CBSE school
• Knowledge of event planning, music editing & stage presentation
• B.Ed. preferred (not mandatory)

6. PRT – Computer

• BCA / BE / B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) / Graduate in Computer Science
• B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution/university with minimum 50% marks

7. PRT – Special Educator

• Graduation with B.Ed. (Special Education)
• OR
• B.Ed. (General) with one-year Diploma in Special Education
• RCI Registration Number is mandatory

8. PRT – Craft Trainer

• 10+2 with expertise in local craft work, such as:
• Wood & Bamboo Craft, Mask Making, Pottery, etc.

9. PRT – Music (Vocal)

• Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Music (Vocal) from a recognized University
• OR
• Higher Secondary / Senior Secondary with 7–8 years Diploma/Certificate in Music from a recognized institution
• OR
• Sangeet/Nritya Visharad from Prachin Kala Kendra, Chandigarh or equivalent, with graduation
• Essential Skill
• Competence to teach through English / Hindi medium

10. PRT – Music (Instrumental)

• Essential:
• Senior Secondary Certificate with 50% marks or equivalent AND
• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Instrumental Music from a recognized University
• Competence to teach through English / Hindi medium
• Desirable:
• Knowledge of Computer Applications

11. Balvatika – Mother Teacher

• a) Graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognized institution/university
• b) Diploma (minimum 02 years) in Nursery Teacher Education / Pre-School Education / Early Childhood Education (D.E.C.Ed.)
• OR
• B.Ed. (Nursery) from an NCTE-recognized institution

12. Balvatika – Activity Teacher

• Educational Qualification
• Senior Secondary (Class XII) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks
• Professional Qualification
• Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education / Pre-School Education / Early Childhood Education (D.E.C.Ed.) of minimum 02 years
• OR
• B.Ed. (Nursery) from NCTE-recognized institute
• Additional Requirements
• Training in Child Psychology, Activity-based Teaching, ECCE

13. Head Clerk

• Preferably Ex-Serviceman (Clerk category) up to 55 years
• 5–10 years experience in office management/accounts & drafting
• Minimum Graduate (for civilians)

• No disciplinary case during entire service

14. Accounts Clerk

• B.Com or 15 years service as Clerk (ESM)
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Tally) – 12,000 key depressions/hour
• Minimum 5 years experience as Accounts Clerk (preferably in a school)

15. UDC

• B.Com or 15 years service as Clerk (ESM)
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Tally)
• Minimum 5 years experience as Clerk/Accounts Clerk

16. LDC

• Graduate or 10 years service as Clerk (ESM)
• Typing speed 35 WPM (English)
• Basic knowledge of accounts & MS Office

17. Science Lab Attendant

18. Supervisor (Administration)

• Graduate (Civilian) or 15 years service (ESM)
