Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services (ARIAS) Society has released an official employment notification for the recruitment of 25 purely temporary contractual positions under the proposed Asian Development Bank (ADB)-financed Sustainable Wetland and Integrated Fisheries Transformation (SWIFT) Project. These vacancies are based in the Cluster Project Implementation Units (CPIUs).

ITI Assam Admission 2025
Accountant
No of Posts: 5
CTP Range: ₹4.20 – ₹5.00 Lakh per year
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce from a Govt.-recognized university with expertise in accounting/financial management, preferably under ADB/World Bank-funded projects. Proficiency in Tally accounting software is essential.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in project/program financial accounting.
Environmental Safeguards Coordinator
No of Posts: 5
CTP Range: ₹6.60 – ₹8.40 Lakh per year
Educational Qualification: Master’s/PG Diploma (minimum 2-year full-time residential) in Ecology & Environment, Environmental Science, or Fisheries (Aquatic Environment Management).
Experience: At least 5 years in environmental management, preferably with externally aided or central govt. projects.
Social Safeguards & Gender Coordinator
No of Posts: 5
CTP Range: ₹6.60 – ₹8.40 Lakh per year
Educational Qualification: Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, Anthropology, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the social development sector with focus on social safeguards, gender mainstreaming, and diversity in ADB/World Bank or similar projects.
GIS & MIS Executive
No of Posts: 5
CTP Range: ₹6.60 – ₹8.40 Lakh per year
Educational Qualification: Master’s in GIS, Geography, Environmental Sciences, IT, Computer Science, Commerce or MBA (Finance) from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 5 years in GIS/MIS, with proficiency in spatial software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), database management (e.g., PostgreSQL/PostGIS), and MIS platforms.
Junior Engineer (Civil)
No of Posts: 5
CTP Range: ₹6.60 – ₹7.20 Lakh per year
Educational Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering/Planning/Construction Technology from AICTE-recognized institutes. Candidates with a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering may also apply. Distance/online diplomas are not accepted.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in planning, execution, or maintenance of civil engineering works.
