Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) has released two employment notifications for the recruitment of multiple posts on a purely contractual basis for the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under: JICA funded “Assam Health System Strengthening Project” (AHSS Project) “Assam State Secondary Healthcare Initiative for Service Delivery Transformation (ASSIST Project)” Interested and eligible candidates may appear for the interview as per schedule.

ASSIST Project
1. IPA Manager
Place of posting: Dhubri Medical College & Hospital, Goalpara DH
Date of interview: 15.09.2025, 11:00 am (Reporting: 10:00 am)
Qualification: Master’s in Hospital/Health Management OR MBA in Hospital/Health Management. BDS + above qualification preferred.
Experience: Freshers/entry-level may apply; experienced preferred.
Skills: Computer proficiency, good communication.
2. Hospital Administrator
Place of posting: Guwahati Medical College & Hospital
Date of interview: 15.09.2025, 3:00 pm (Reporting: 2:00 pm)
Qualification: Master’s in Hospital/Health Management OR MBA in Hospital/Health Management with 10 years post-qualification experience.
Additional: MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
3. Hospital Administrator

6. Procurement Executive

Qualification: BE/PG Diploma in Procurement. Preference for PDPP/CPPP/IT background.
Experience: Minimum 5 years, 2 years in World Bank/EAPs desirable.

7. Procurement Specialist

For AHSS Project
Interested candidates (Indian citizens) may walk-in interview with filled-in application form, original certificates (qualification, experience, age, ID proof, salary certificate), and two passport photographs along with one set of self-attested copies.
