Pay Scale

• Level–10 of Pay Matrix

• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Relaxation:
• Up to 5 years for ESIC employees and Government servants
• SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India rules

Educational Qualification

• MBBS Degree included in:
  • First Schedule, or
  • Second Schedule, or
  • Part-II of Third Schedule of IMC Act, 1956
• Completion of Compulsory Rotating Internship
  • Candidates who have not completed internship can apply but must complete it before appointment.

CMSE Qualification

• Candidates must be qualified in CMSE 2024 and their names must appear on the Pratibha Setu Portal of UPSC as on 17 February 2026.
