North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) has released an official employment notification for the recruitment of 98 Apprentice Vacancies for FY 2025-2026 under the Apprenticeship Act 1961. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) or National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal as applicable.

1. Graduate Apprentice

• No of posts: 46
• Monthly stipend: ₹18,000/- per month
• Essential Qualification:
• Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University or an Institution empowered by an Act of Parliament.
• Place of Training:
• AGBPS, Bokuloni, Assam – 4 posts
• AgGBPS, Tripura – 6 posts
• DHPS, Nagaland – 1 post
• KaHPS, Arunachal Pradesh – 8 posts
• KHPS, Assam – 3 posts
• PHPS, Arunachal Pradesh – 8 posts
• PLHPS, Arunachal Pradesh – 5 posts
• TGBPS, Tripura – 7 posts
• THPS, Mizoram – 3 posts

2. Technician Apprentice (Diploma)

• No of posts: 26
• Monthly stipend: ₹15,000/- per month
• Essential Qualification:
• Diploma in Engineering or Technology from a State Council, Board of Technical Education, or a recognized University/Institute.
• Place of Training:
• AGBPS, Assam – 4 posts
• AgGBPS, Tripura – 3 posts
• DHPS, Nagaland – 3 posts
• KaHPS, Arunachal Pradesh – 2 posts

3. Graduate Apprentice (General Stream – B.A, B.Sc, B.Com)

• Monthly stipend: ₹15,000/- per month
• Essential Qualification:
• A degree in any discipline (other than Engineering/Technology) from a Statutory University or an Institution empowered by an Act of Parliament.
• Place of Training:
• AGBPS, Assam – 2 posts
• AgGBPS, Tripura – 2 posts
• DHPS, Nagaland – 1 post
• TGBPS, Tripura – 3 posts
• THPS, Mizoram – 3 posts

4. Trade Apprentice

• No of posts: 8
• Monthly stipend: ₹14,877/- per month
• Essential Qualification:
• Electrician: 10th Pass & ITI
• Lineman: 10th Pass & ITI
• Plumber: ITI Pass
• Place of Training:
• DHPS, Nagaland – 2 posts
• KHPS, Assam – 1 post
• PLHPS, Arunachal Pradesh – 2 posts
• TGBPS, Tripura – 3 posts

• Resident-ship: Candidate must be a permanent resident of North East India.
• Qualification Date:
• Graduate & Diploma: completed after 31st March 2024.
• ITI Trades: must have completed ITI course.
• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years as on 01-09-2025.
• Age Relaxation: As per Govt. of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen.
• Reservation: As per Government norms.
• ID Proof: Aadhaar Card (mandatory) / PAN / Voter ID / Passport.

(A) Graduate & Technician Apprentices (Engineering/Technology)

• Enroll at NATS Portal and get a valid Enrollment ID.
• Login with your credentials and apply against the establishment of NEEPCO under the desired stream.

(B) Graduate Apprentices (Non-Engineering – B.A, B.Sc, B.Com)

• Register online at NATS Portal
• Apply for NEEPCO Apprentice posts as per eligibility and preference.

(C) Trade Apprentices (ITI)

• Register at NAPS Portal
• Apply online against NEEPCO Establishment with valid Enrollment ID.

• Starting date of submission of online application: 16th October 2025
• Last date of submission of online application: 8th November,2025
