Pay Scale: Pay Level 10B of Defence Pay Matrix (BP ₹61,300) + MSP ₹15,500 + HRA + NPA + Transport Allowance + Dress Allowance.

Eligibility Criteria of AFMS Recruitment

Age Limit (as on 31/12/2025):

MBBS degree holders: Must not have attained the age of 30 years (Born on or after 02/01/1996).
PG degree holders: Must not have attained the age of 35 years (Born on or after 02/01/1991).

Educational Qualification:

Must have passed Final MBBS (Part I & II) exam in not more than two attempts.
Must have appeared in NEET PG 2024 or 2025.
Civilian doctors with a postgraduate degree are exempted from NEET PG.
Registration: Must have permanent registration with any State Medical Council, National Medical Commission (NMC), or Medical Council of India (MCI).
Internship Completion: Must have completed internship on or before 31st July 2025.
