State Level Recruitment Commissions (SLRC), Government of Assam, has already declared the results of the Assam Direct Recruitment (ADR) Written Tests on 7th March 2025. These exams were conducted for the recruitment of 12,600 Grade III and Grade IV vacancies across various departments of the state government. Under the umbrella of Assam Direct Recruitment (ADRE), the Government of Assam aims to fill these posts through a multi-phase selection process involving a written test, followed by a skill test, driving test, or interview, depending on the post category. Based on the combined performance, a merit list will be prepared for final appointment.

State Level Recruitment Commissions (SLRC), Government of Assam, has released the official exam schedule for the next phase of Assam Direct Recruitment (ADRE). The Skill Test, Driving Test, and Interview for various posts under Grade III and Grade IV will be held starting from 15th June 2025 onwards.

State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has officially announced the release dates for the Assam Direct Recruitment (ADRE) 2025 admit cards for various categories of posts. The admit cards are being released in phases, starting from 8th June 2025, for candidates appearing in the Interview, Skill Test, or Driving Test for Class III and Class IV posts.

  • Click on the link titled “Assam Direct Recruitment Admit Card”.
  • The official Assam Direct Recruitment portal will open with a login form.
  • Enter your Application Number and Password, then click on Login.
  • After successful login, you will see the option to Download Admit Card.
  • Click the download link and take a printout of your admit card for future reference.
  • As per the official notification, candidates who have qualified in the written examination of the State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) for Class-IV Posts must appear for the Interview and Document Verification on the date, time, and venue mentioned in their respective Interview Admit Cards.

Candidates must also download the Self-Declaration and Format of Undertaking from the official portal along with their Interview Admit Card.

Candidates who have provisionally qualified in the Assam Direct Recruitment (ADRE) written examination (Paper-III and Paper-IV) are required to appear for the Computer Skill Test of 25 marks, as per the schedule and category-wise qualification criteria mentioned below.

Important Notes:

  • The Computer Skill Test is of 25 marks and is mandatory for final selection.
  • Candidates must download their admit cards and report at the exam venue on time.
  • Use of unauthorized software or storage devices is strictly prohibited.
  • All responses must be done in the provided Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) setup.

Candidates who have provisionally qualified in the ADRE written examination for the post of Driver (minimum qualification: HSLC or equivalent with valid LMV Driving Licence) must now appear for the Driving Skill Test and Document Verification as per the schedule below.

  • Test Dates: From 15th June to 28th June 2025
  • Venue: Guwahati (Exact location to be mentioned in Admit Card)

Driving Skill Test Pattern

The Driving Skill Test will carry a total of 25 marks, divided into the following components:

Candidates who have provisionally qualified in the ADRE written examination for posts requiring a Bachelor Degree, along with a Computer Certificate/Diploma (minimum 6 months) and a valid Stenography Certificate, must appear for the Stenography Skill Test and Document Verification as per the schedule given below.
