Indian Army BSc Nursing Admission 2025 – Apply Online for 4 Years Course

Director General Medical Services (DGMS), Indian Army has released the official notification for admission into the 4-year B.Sc. Nursing course commencing in 2025 at Colleges of Nursing under Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS). Interested and NEET UG 2025 qualified female candidates are invited to apply online for this prestigious nursing course.

Indian Army BSc Nursing Admission Details

• Course Name: B.Sc. Nursing
• No of seats: 220 seats
• Duration: 4 Years
• Academic Session: 2025–2029
• Conducted by: Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS), Indian Army
• Eligibility: Only female candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2025

Nationality

• Must be a citizen of India.

Gender and Marital Status

• Only female candidates are eligible.
• Must be unmarried, divorced, legally separated, or widows without encumbrances.

Date of Birth

• Candidate must be born between 01 October 2000 and 30 September 2008 (both days inclusive).

Educational Qualification

• Must have passed in FIRST ATTEMPT the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent with:
• Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology), and English.
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• Must be a regular student from a recognized Board/University/Examining Body.

NEET (UG) 2025 Qualification

• Must have qualified NEET UG 2025 conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency).

Physical Standards

• Candidates must be medically fit as per standards set by the Medical Board of the Armed Forces.
• Minimum height:
• 152 cm for general candidates
• 147 cm for candidates from Hill and North Eastern States
• 2 cm growth allowance will be given to candidates below 18 years of age at the time of examination.
• Weight standards: As per the Weight for Height Chart for Females (refer to Appendix B of DGAFMS letter No. 41187/2(V)/DGAFMS/DG-3A dated 23 July 2024*).

• For SC/ST candidates: Nil
