Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Urban Assam has announced a recruitment drive for 9 contractual positions under the State Mission Directorate, PMAY-HFA (Urban), Assam. These positions include roles such as Experts, Engineers, and Specialists. The selection process will be conducted through a walk-in interview scheduled for May 23, 2025.

1. Financial Management & Accounting Expert

No. of Posts: 1
Age Limit: 27 – 45 years
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or CA from a recognized university
Experience:
- 5–7 years in municipal finance
- Knowledge of urban infrastructure investment, SNA SPARSH/DBT
- Experience in PPPs, project finance, resource mobilization
- Training and advisory experience in municipal finance

2. City Project Manager – Municipal Civil Engineer

No. of Posts: 3
Age Limit: 27 – 45 years
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- At least 3 years in govt/semi-govt/private organizations
- Expertise in procurement, infrastructure design/supervision
- Prior experience as a municipal engineer preferred
- Fluency in local language required

3. City Project Manager – MIS Specialist

No. of Posts: 3
Age Limit: 27 – 45 years
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/B.Tech/Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, MCA, or PGDCA
Experience:
- 3–5 years in software development and database management
- Government or private sector experience
- Fluency in local language required

4. City Project Manager – Municipal Finance Specialist

No. of Posts: 2
Age Limit: 27 – 45 years
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, BBA, or equivalent
Experience:
- 3–5 years in evaluating urban infrastructure financing
- Government or private sector experience
- Fluency in local language required
